A dedicated health coach and fitness trainer specializing in postural correction, pain-free movement, and stress management through breathwork. With a holistic approach to health and well-being, Kate helps clients achieve a balanced lifestyle by teaching the basics of nutrition, movement, and stress management. Her step-by-step nutrition programs will put an end on years of yo-yo dieting and crush diets helping you achieve a healthy body that will be glowing inside out. Her corrective exercise, mindful movement, and breathwork programs will help you forget about nagging pains in neck and shoulders, lower back, hips, knees and ankles, and be able to find joy in movement again! Her strength training programs will help you build and maintain muscle mass and bone density before, during and after menopause!
Kate’s journey into health and fitness began when her father got seriously ill and spent the last years of his life on a bed rest. Once physically strong and fit, he was unable to walk, sit or move without an assistance. At that time she was studying finance but all free time spent dancing and performing at many big events. When she graduated university, she moved across the world and started her finance carrier at the bank. Many years later, while working in a corporate environment, Kate began to struggle with nagging shoulder and lower back pains due to long hours at a desk, chronic stress and hours in traffic.
Massages, chiropractor visits and physical therapy didn’t seem to give lasting relief or solve the root cause. It’s not up until she stumbled upon a biomechanical course and learned about posture and human movement she was able to break free from all the limitations and body aches! This sparked her passion for helping others break free from pain and poor posture.
After leaving the corporate world, Kate pursued certifications in personal training, health coaching, and breathwork, combining science-backed movement strategies with mindful breathing practices to create lasting transformations.
